Harry A. Arena, MBA, is a founder, officer and director of TDT. Serving as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, he has successfully managed development technology, licensing agreements with Thomas Jefferson University, establishment of independent research laboratories, creation of a senior management team, strategic alliance agreements with Nycomed Amersham, plc and has established a viable financial base for the Company through private investment capital.

Mr. Arena's professional industry experience encompasses biotechnology, retail, manufacturing, computer services, real estate and construction. He also served as a Director and co-founder of Gen Trak, Inc., a biotechnology spin-off from SmithKline Beecham, where his duties included CFO and Treasurer.

Mr. Arena holds degrees from Holy Cross College (AB Economics/Accounting) and Stanford University Graduate School of Business (MBA - Finance). Mr. Arena's professional experience has been based in accounting and consulting firms. Mr. Arena worked for Arthur Anderson & Co. in Boston, MA, Price Waterhouse in San Jose, CA, and has owned and operated his own accounting and consulting firm for the past 22 years in Exton, PA.
